My name is Marian Tufano Episcopo, MSEd. My passion is helping others grow in an engaging, purposeful, and approachable way. I develop high-quality learning materials with a twist of creativity.
I have 9+ years in the learning and development field, with a background in mathematics, education, psychology, and instructional design. My background in mathematics allows me to have critical problem solving skills and precision. My background in education, psychology, and instructional design has given me great depth in understanding learners and creating high engagement learning materials.
In my free time, I enjoy being artistic and creating beauty. I have taken watercolor painting, pottery wheel, and drawing classes through my city's art museum. I also enjoy growing dahlias in my backyard to share with my neighbors. Being creative is just another reason why I love instructional design.
I am known for being a pizza queen. I appreciate all styles: NY, Chicago, and Detroit. My dog's full name is Pepperoni, and as a high school math teacher I would teach in my pizza costume once a year.
