Learners/Audience: Living Roots Wine & Co.

Overview: This detailed storyboard was developed to show the client the style and feel of the course. The course is designed to teach new hires essential knowledge of the winery to give customers and exceptional experience at Living Roots Wine & Co.

Challenge: Servers of Living Roots not only need to know how to serve the guest,  but also must have knowledge on the wine and company itself. New hires are only given several training shifts to learn how to serve guests. These sessions are not enough time to provide new hires with the knowledge they need to answer the questions of guests.

Solution: I created a storyboard of a new hire training to provide new hires with the necessary knowledge they need to be successful. I described what each slide of the training would look like so the client could envision the training and provide feedback.
