Learners/Audience: Any place of work that involves collaboration amongst team members. 

Overview: This Instructor-Led Training (ILT) is designed to teach adult learners how to be more empathetic at their place of work to create better collaboration with team members. 

Challenge: There is great beauty in the collaboration between the unique individuals that make up a workplace. Everyone comes from a different background, set of beliefs, and different life experiences. It is important that team members are understanding and empathetic towards their peers. Without these actions, conflict and decreased productivity and collaboration can occur. 

Solution: I created this ILT to provide companies with a tool to instill more empathy in their employees. The learners will be able to gain skills on how to be more empathetic, learn the benefits of empathy, and come up with specific goals for increasing their empathy in the workplace.
