Learners/Audience: New hires of Living Roots Wine & Co.

Overview: This eLearning was developed to increase the knowledge of essential topics of Living Roots to new hires. The training ensures new hires will have the knowledge and confidence to speak to guests about the winery.

Challenge: New hires of Living Roots not only have to learn how to serve the customers, but also be able to answer their questions. New hires are given several training shifts, however it is not enough time to teach the history and additional knowledge of Living Roots during these sessions. 

Solution: I created a training to review the history, winemaking process, and wine clubs at Living Roots. These are key topics new hires must know to be successful serving the guest of Living Roots. This training teaches these topics to new hires in an engaging manner to build their confidence for serving. 

Tools Used: Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise

Learners/Audience: Algebra 1 educators and students.

Overview: This eLearning was developed as a fun activity for Algebra 1 students to practice building expressions. 

Challenge: Algebra 1 students often struggle with converting verbal descriptions into expressions or equations. 

Solution: I created a mini lesson on building expressions through the story of a dog's birthday party. I created an interactive using Storyline to engage the learners in building the expressions.
